| THE ENIGMA OF ETRURIA                 Within these pages is an
  examination of the Etruscan enigma.Their origin and the founding of ‘Etruria’
  in Europe in Situ ideas, their language in from 19th and early 20th
  century BPE. I am proud to have been given the opportunity to present my
  first English language translation of, “Observations Critiques Sur
  L’Archéologie Dite Prehistorique,“ which relates to early archaeological
  discoveries at Neufchatel prehistoric lake settlements and Halstatt together
  with background on the earliest Europeans in the Trans-Alpine area. Also
  concentration on the culture and trade routes of early Celtic –Gallic and
  related cultures of early Western Europe. Dedicated to the memory of my
  former ‘Teacher’, John Hallam, M.A. Ancient History and Philosophy,
  Prehistory and Early Agriculture, Leverhulme Research fellowship, University
